“a wonderful bridge to connect Art with Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics.”

Our day at the Innovation Lab was informative, educational, and enjoyable. All the Art teachers were really encouraged with the up and coming art of 3D printing. The lessons provided were easy to follow and the end products were amazing. I feel as an Art department that we were well equipped with the training, enough so, that we feel comfortable in bringing our newly acquired skills back to the classroom to teach our students. As the Art Director of Houston Harmony Schools, I am always encouraging STEAM in our schools and I think that the Innovation Lab is a wonderful bridge to connect Art with Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics. The Innovation Lab is a great resource for our students and teachers to use, if I worked or lived closer I would be there creating all the time!
